Emily Clark is a rising second-year law student at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Emily is excited to join the Law Office of the Shelby County Public Defender this summer because of our office’s unique and holistic approach to public defense, as well as a personal belief that income should not determine access to excellent legal representation. Before attending law school, Emily taught first grade in Shelby County Schools and is excited to return to Memphis.
