Kevin Bui

Kevin Bui is a rising second-year law student at the University of Virginia School of Law. Kevin chose to work at the Law Office of the Shelby County Public Defender this summer because of our community-oriented approach and leadership in decriminalizing mental illness, and because he knew it was only here that he could learn to incorporate both of those elements towards his future career. Kevin could not be more excited to work with an office that is so clearly passionate about its community. Kevin loves butter and baking sourdough bread but he lives in constant fear that his sister is not keeping his sourdough culture alive back at home.
