George Washington University Law School

May Benben is a rising second-year law student at George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC, and a graduate of Duke University. Prior to law school, May worked with an all-Haitian NGO on poverty, health, education and social justice initiatives. May is committed to alleviating the outcomes of legal estrangement and is excited to work with the experienced lawyers in the Law Office of the Shelby County Public Defender in our efforts to vigorously defend our clients. In moments of downtime, May loves to dance salsa and listen to old records.
