Megan Moceri

It was important for me to become involved in The Humanity Project because I believe that sharing the stories of those who are incarcerated helps to humanize them. People outside of the justice system often forget that those incarcerated are people who deserve love, compassion and connection. In telling these stories, I hope to help highlight the conditions people experiencing incarceration had to endure and the ways in which those conditions to which they’ve been subjugated constituted “cruel and unusual punishment.”
