Sarah Jones

Sarah Jones is a rising second-year law student at the University of Memphis School of Law who is inspired by the Law Office of the Shelby County Public Defender as one of the first public defender offices in the United States. Sarah chose to work with our office to experience our specialized approach to criminal indigent defense, including the Re-Entry Unit. When not studying, Sarah can be found painting, hiking, and writing to her pen pals who are incarcerated.
