Stella Frank

Stella Frank is a rising second-year law student at CUNY Law interested in juvenile public defense and conditions of confinement. Having worked in various anti-mass incarceration spaces in New York, Stella is ready to step into a new space and learn about public defense in Memphis. Stella is especially excited by the opportunity to work in a public defender’s office that serves youth as well as adults.
