Juvenile Client’s Charges Dismissed After Suppression Motion

Our Youth Trial Division won dismissal of all charges against a young client after a successful motion to suppress a statement taken without a proper waiver of rights. The court agreed that the interrogation failed to account for the client’s age and the circumstances of the questioning.
